meet the founder

Phil founded NOARC in 2023. With over 20 years’ experience in both private practice and working directly for housebuilders, he specialises in residential design, regeneration and mixed-use master planning. Formerly Senior Designer at Countryside Partnerships, Phil has honed his career in architecture working with variety of residential clients including private landowners, directly for housebuilders such as Persimmon Homes, and as Design Consultant to Taylor Wimpey and Barratt & David Wilson Homes.

Phil has been responsible for a range of schemes across the UK delivering up to 1,000 dwellings and has proven track record of securing planning consents. Recent projects include sites in Warton, West Bromwich, Nuneaton, Dudley, North Warwickshire and Shifnal.

In his spare time, Phil enjoys training with his local running club, improving his Spanish and is a keen gardener and fine-art painter.
